Here is another story by Maybe, it's about a shy girl in a box that gets delievered to a guy and well she asks him not to untie her because she would run away, and well read it to see what happens its a pretty cool story if you ask me. Only downside is the minor censors which suck but all in all it's great artwork and really fun story.

At least in this case, whoever posted it to MangaUpdates.com simply reuploaded to RapidShare the archive you posted here, without any downgrading. But it'd still be nice to know a bit more about where it came from.
For anyone else wondering the same, Fayt replied in the shoutbox that his source was E-Hentai Galleries, and he doesn't know who scanlated this one.
