It is based on the "Onechanbara" games. The only one that I think has been released outside of Japan is called "Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad". In the game, girls in bikinis and other skimpy clothing use swords to battle zombies. Through the course of the game, the girls get *covered* in blood and gore. That's why the artwork in the doujin has them covered in cum.
Thanks for the info Zathael, no wonder this look familiar, Now that I think about it I did see this game or the cover of it in a store when I was buying ps2 games years ago, of course it was in jap so I didn't bother looking checking it.
