You're just reminding people about the other NTR manga's you've been doing just by mentioning NTR genre. And those if those people indeed does not like it, I don't think they're going to have fun being reminded about things they don't like. (Unless of course, you want to be know as "the NTR man" or something XD)

I think Fayt was just reminding/letting readers know that even though the artist is Otsuka Kotora (same one for the popular NTR story, Male-Female Crossing), give this one a chance. He's not like Sanbun Kyoden who has been consistently producing NTR.
Some people may align it with that saying "aw shit, this artist again...I hate his blah blah blah." They have completely 'tagged' an artist based on one work. Kinda like how people know DISTANCE. They don't know that his earlier works are much much different from his recent ones.

I just want to let people know to give this one a chance since this artist has more ntr themed stuff.. and just read polaya's comment, he pretty much said what I was gonna say (thanks polaya). But yeah not to worry I usually only talk about it for the beginning of a manga, to warn people at the start of a series..
